Overall this was an excellent experience; I really valued the quality of customer interaction and the text updates that were provided. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I was quoted 90 minutes - 2 hours & in reality it took closer to 5 hours (for a full service oil change and multipoint inspection). I understand they were probably running short staffed due to the public health & safety concerns we have been dealing with recently; however, they could have notified me beforehand that the estimated time would be a bit longer than the timeframe I was quoted. I will definitely continue to work with Stein Automotive & hopefully in the future punctuality won't be as much of an issue.

Yes we are short staffed at the moment due to the current situation with everything going on in the world, but that is no excuse and I am sincerely sorry for that we should have told you a better time frame that we could follow though for you.
