Do not take your car here. Took mine in for A/C issue. They had it for over a week and when I went to get it, the A/C did not work on their lot. They had it for another two days, cost over $600, picked it up, and within a week the A/C stopped working again. Called and they said they couldn’t do anything for 2 weeks. Clearly they didn’t fix it and would not even try to work it in. Very poor.

Hey 4, this is not what happened. You came to us on 7/24 and we replaced your vehicles actuator and tested the system. Everything worked as it should afterwards. On 8/9 you called us saying it was not operating as it should and threatened to leave this review. We let you know we could get you back in that day or the 10th. You never responded when we tried to call you back.

I love the service at Springdale in Prospect! I always feel very comfortable and welcome there. The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. My Husband is a manager at the dealership where we buy all our vehicles, but because of how Springdale staff treats me and how comfortable I feel there he doesn’t mind me taking my vehicle there. The prices are comparable to the dealership mostly same if not better. But as a Women it makes me feel comfortable and confident that I will be taken care of and the kindness and like family feel I get when I’m in there makes all the difference in the world. They have always been honest, courteous, and respectful and I truly feel like family when I go in. Most reasons I’m in there have always been for tire issues, a flat, needed a new tire or tires on various vehicles needing the tires aired up or checked, windshield wipers and yes they put them on for me and they have done that many times for me even in the pouring rain!!!. Springdale will always get my praises because as long as I have been going there in the past ten years I have always had a great experience! I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Thank You!
